We are now seeking a content creator to join our team on a freelance basis to help boost our social media presence. Details can be found below:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ALPHA DIGITAL’s visual identity and brand vision.
• Build best-in-class marketing templates (graphic design) for use across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and devise social-first ideas for organic and paid advertising.
• Design for printed materials, website, blog, social media, and newsletters, uploading content to our CMS system for use.
• Work in PowerPoint and Canva to produce slick, engaging, and storytelling presentations for flagship presentations such as pitches and events.
• Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit a variety of video content, from case studies, award entries to podcast interviews.
• Concept, design, and deliver digital content solutions for ALPHA DIGITAL clients.
• Be consistently looking for new ways to inspire and engage via digital media.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
• Create personal brands for our consultants.

Person Specification

• Ability to generate fresh, original ideas from a creative brief.
• Can share a portfolio of creative examples across multimedia channels - produced for agencies and brands.
• Has experience working on B2B projects.
• Confident and experienced in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Confident working in PowerPoint and Google Slides to create presentations.
• Video editing ability – we are open to which software.
• Can play their part in a collaborative team environment, but also have an entrepreneurial and explorer’s curiosity.
• Driven by creative excellence, with an expectation of delivering the best possible work, no matter the project size or budget.
• Technical understanding of formatting and deliverables, especially in the digital content, and social media channels.
• Able to conjure great creative territories and turn them into stellar multimedia digital content.
• A keen interest in innovation and how tools such as Generative AI can be used to enhance creative output.

Interview Process

• We will invite you to a first interview which we try to keep relatively informal, so it gives you the opportunity to share your authentic self. The hiring team will be looking to understand more about your experience and why you're interested in working with us.
• There will be a second interview which will last a little longer, and involve some form of task to showcase your ability to do the role.
• We then invite you to a team lunch which is an opportunity for you to meet the team you'll be joining and ask them questions about the role and wider business

Pay

• £150 - £250 per day (depending on experience)
• Project performance bonus

• Rayleigh, Essex

Hours

• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Will also consider part time for the right person.
• Late start Monday
• Early finish Friday
