Job Description

Digital Project Manager - Full-time / Nottingham / £32k - £40k / Hybrid


I am working with an agency that are seeking a digital project manager to lead the delivery of e-commerce and digital projects for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ecommerce and digital projects, including website development, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and analysts, to drive project success.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and metrics.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Champion best practices in e-commerce and digital project management, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience, min of 2 years, managing e-commerce and digital projects, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus.
