Are you entrepreneurial and nimble, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment?

I am recruiting an experienced Head of Marketing to join a luxury aviation company to drive business growth while leading a team spread across advertising, digital marketing, communications, events, graphic design, promotions and corporate positioning.

As part of the leadership team, you will report directly to the President and play an integral role in driving brand awareness, increasing market share in key regions, building brand loyalty, cultivating sales leads and nurturing sales prospects.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating marketing initiatives aligned with the sales strategy and corporate objectives, while leading a team spread across advertising, digital marketing, communications, event-execution, graphic design, aircraft promotion and corporate positioning.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and spearhead the implementation of annual marketing plans and corresponding budgets in line with corporate objectives
  • Oversee the company’s corporate brand strategy, and ensure consistency across all marketing and sales initiatives
  • Lead the execution of high-performing marketing programs that deliver meaningful results and convey a consistent brand and messaging to our core audience and stakeholders
  • Ensure rigorous quality control and strategic oversight of all external marketing materials
  • Lead, manage and mentor a marketing team of 6-10 direct and indirect reports, remote and office-based, spread over US and UK time zones. Manage the overall team reporting structure, maximize team productivity, encourage efficiencies and cultivate their professional development
  • Regularly monitor and report on program performance, continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of programs and tactics, and identify future opportunities in order to remain best-in-class within the industry
  • Accurately forecast & manage the annual Marketing budget, ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Analyze client base and competition and keep abreast of market trends
