Our client is a leading medical equipment manufacturer, they are seeking a skilled Project Management professional to join their PMO team and lead the delivery of various commercial programs across the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, fostering collaboration across departments, and driving continuous improvement within the PMO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to best practices and effective communication.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing solutions and recommending process improvements.
- Bridge communication between global and regional teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Maintain project dashboards and KPIs to track progress and support data-driven decision making.
- Manage project budgets and financials to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Coach and mentor team members on project management best practices, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business).
- Proven track record of leading projects in a matrixed organization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project preferred).
- Experience working in a global and regional environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
