Reporting to an HR Director, in this role you will be responsible for leading a small team, coaching and mentoring and providing both strategic and operational expertise at a regional level.


It is essential that you have:

  • Experience working as a Lead/Senior HRBP at a regional level
  • Team management experience
  • Experience working in the Education sector
  • Experience in overseeing recruitment
  • Strong employee relations experience


This role will be covering the region of South and Southwest England, with an expectation to be onsite at various sites within the region 2-3 days per week.


Please note this is a 6 month fixed-term contract, and the client are looking for someone to start by the end of June.
