This role is to develop into our Quality Manager for the UK.


You will also join a company big enough to offer opportunities to get yourself noticed.


So here's the plan.


Join MHP as a Junior Quality Manager, bringing with you some experience of working in the quality function of a business that imports food.


Get your head around the documentation, your internal communications, certifications and specifications. Become familiar with our quality systems and your external responsibilities with customers and relevant organisations in the supply chain.


You will work closely with our MD, Head of Supply Chain, and the R&D Manager in the UK.


But crucially, you will work closely with our quality function in the Netherlands, and have functional management from our Quality Manager at HQ.


These are the people from which you will learn your skills and develop you into the Quality Manager.


At which point you can get involved in adapting and developing our policies and practices for the UK market, as we constinue to grow - as well as all the other things you'll be gettin ginvolved in at a higher level.


We're a small but growing team in the UK. You'll be good with people, be ready and able to learn, and up for a challenge.


Salary dependent on experience - we won't waste your time, don't worry.
