Location: London (hybrid, in the office 2 / 3 days a week)

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in understanding and addressing business needs by leveraging technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include refining customer service, supporting business growth, and improving operational efficiency.


You'll be encouraged to actively engage with stakeholders to identify true business requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions. Collaboration with diverse teams across the globe will be key as you work towards streamlining processes and gaining local market advantages.


Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:


  • Joining a new programme of work in the very early stages and playing a key part on the upcoming ‘Northstar’ project
  • Analysing and documenting business requirements accurately and efficiently.
  • Seeking opportunities to optimise existing processes and align business and system processes for increased efficiency.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and prioritising system deliverables.
  • Developing user stories and test case scenarios to guide solution development.
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party collaborators.
  • Providing support and training post-implementation to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.


To excel in this role, you'll need:


  • Experience working in the digital marketing and customer experience space.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Initiative and drive to overcome challenges and see projects through to completion.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience with user story management.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a keen understanding of business and technology dynamics.
