Job Title: Document Controller.
Location: Hull
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: 35-40k depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
Are you a meticulous organizer with a passion for construction and a knack for ensuring everything runs smoothly? Our client in London is looking for a Construction Document Controller.
You must have previous experience in a similar role, with experience with either BIM 360 or Autodesk Docs. The right candidate will be brought forward to start as soon as possible Get in touch now if you are interested.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to the construction site, including document management, record keeping, and project coordination.
- Manage and maintain construction project files, ensuring all documents are organized, updated, and readily accessible.
- Oversee communication and correspondence between the construction site and off-site personnel, vendors, and clients.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, timelines, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the site management team to keep operations running smoothly.
You:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction or a related industry.
- Experience with BIM 360
- Experience with Autodesk Docs
