The Opportunity


We're seeking a seasoned 360 recruitment professional with a strong background in the Renewables sector, equipped with existing relationships and a robust network. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead our presence in a new and expanding market, with the potential to build out a desk or even a team.


We have offices throughout the UK, and although our preference is to have someone based in the North East or London (closer to our main office locations) if they have a proven network in the renewables industry, we will be flexible for the right individual. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven success as a 360 recruitment consultant within the renewable energy market or related such as wind, solar, battery etc.
  • Established network of contacts within the industry.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
