My client is a dynamic, medium-sized Building Services Contractor based in Kent, specializing in commercial and educational projects with M&E values ranging from £400,000 to £6 million. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality building services installations, they have established solid relationships with clients across various sectors. They work on projects across both London and Kent.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Mechanical Project Engineer to join their team. The primary location for this role will be the office in Kent.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Mechanical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams to review and approve electrical designs, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and resolve any on-site issues related to electrical installations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns while maintaining strong, positive relationships throughout the project life cycle.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.
