Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.20am until 5.00pm, Holiday allowance is 20 days plus Bank Holidays.
About The Company:
Established in 1982 and still under the management of the original owners, they offer a range of services for vehicles from MOTs and repairs to diagnostics and much more, so clients come to them for spare parts, repairs or servicing of all kinds from a team of highly skilled mechanics.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced Technician / Mechanic to join their busy team.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Vehicle Technician - Minimum Level 3 with Workshop Experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Must haveat least 5 yearsworkshop experience.
Competency in timing belts and timing chains.
Knowledge and ability to use diagnostics equipment to identify faults.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on vehicles.
Inspect and test vehicles to identify any faults.
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
Keep accurate records of work carried out.
Replace parts as necessary.
Clean driving licence - shown at interview.
Must be able to work as a team.
