Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all operational activities and fostering a culture of continuous business improvement.
  • Ensuring industry-leading customer service, patient safety, and care.
  • Managing day-to-day staff operations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide training and overall guidance.
  • Providing visible leadership and aligning clinic development with organisational values.
  • Reviewing business performance to meet financial and customer feedback targets.
  • Optimising operational expenditure while maintaining service quality.
  • Monitoring service delivery to uphold or enhance standards.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to clients, staff, and property.
  • Anticipating and exceeding client expectations within business parameters.
  • Conducting effective staff management, including performance reviews and professional development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Over 3 years of Clinic Management experience within the aesthetics industry.
  • Familiarity with operating in a CQC regulated environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
  • Inspirational and motivating staff management skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Skilled in stock management to ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Supervision of procurement, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
  • Exemplify professionalism, adhere to ethical guidelines, and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
  • Solid understanding of business principles, including budgeting, financial management, and marketing.
