Percival are excited to be working with the Allergy UK to help them recruit for a Helpline Advisor (0.6 FTE) to join their growing team. They are looking for someone passionate about helping people and providing advise for them to live better lives with experience in a call centre or phone based role.

Title: Helpline Advisor (0.6 FTE)
Salary: £24,000 full time equivalent
Working Pattern: Three days a week
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: London (DA1), Hybrid with one day a week in the office.

As a Helpline Advisor, you will provide information, support and signposting to members of the public on a wide variety of allergy matters via our telephone helpline and other communication platforms. In this role you will help distribute packs to those who need them and escalate complex clinical enquiries to member of the clinical team.
They are looking for candidates with experience in a customer service facing role, preferably a helpline or call handling. The ideal candidate will have an awareness of allergy and have good administrative skills to help balance the tasks you will undertake.
