Our client, a global real estate services provider, is seeking an experienced Rural Valuer to join their multi-disciplinary Sevenoaks office. This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role in developing their rural consultancy business across Kent, East Sussex and eastern Surrey.


Position Overview

As a Rural Valuer, you will provide expert consultancy services for rural and residential properties across South East England, working closely with the wider rural consultancy and valuation team to deliver high-quality advice and valuations to clients.


Responsibilities

  • Value rural and residential assets across the region
  • Conduct compulsory purchase negotiations and expert witness work
  • Build longstanding relationships with banks, solicitors and clients
  • Collaborate with rural and residential teams in Sevenoaks
  • Become the go-to professional for rural advisory services


Requirements

  • MRICS qualified with 3+ years' post-qualification experience
  • RICS Registered Valuer status
  • Excellent analytical skills and report writing abilities
  • Proven track record in winning new business
  • Deep understanding of rural property and agricultural markets
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines
  • Innate curiosity and drive to deliver efficient solutions
  • Valid UK driving licence
