We would like to expand our team of self-employed Red Tractor Crops and Produce Farm Assessors in the Cornwall and Devon area.

If you think this position is for you, please check out the requirements below;

Qualification, Training and Equipment Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in an Agricultural related subject

AND/OR

  • On farm experience (3 years), some management experience within the UK will be beneficial
  • The ability to communicate with and engage with both the farming community and colleagues in a confident and patient manner
  • Enthusiastic and energetic, with a keen eye for detail and a passion to improve standards
  • Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to manage own time and meet strict deadlines
  • General IT skills
  • Respect for individual and Company confidentiality rights
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach
  • Valid driver’s license
