Key Responsibilities:
- Lead statistical projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior staff members, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
- Coordinate with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication throughout projects.
- Collaborate with a small team of statisticians and other professionals to deliver on project objectives.
- Assist in time management and coordination of team resources to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally 3-4 years, in statistical analysis within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) environment.
- Experience working on Health Technology Assessment (HTA) projects is essential.
- Proficiency in SAS or R for statistical analysis.
- MSC in Statistics or related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Legal right to live and work in the UK.
