Hospitality Supervisors

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Hospitality Supervisors to deliver a first class customer experience at a world famous event on 31st May and 1st June

Picture this… it is an iconic event and you are working at an iconic venue. You will need to:

• Supervise the bar or restaurant to the highest standards, ensuring that customers receive high quality food and drink that exceed customers’ service expectations
• Be passionate about customer service and ensure all service delivery complies with standards as determined by the customer journey
• Have the ability to acknowledge and act upon individual customer needs in line with the nature of the business and ensure any customer feedback is dealt with speedily and to a satisfactory completion for all parties
• Ensure highest quality food and drink is produced in the appropriate quantity
• Ensure that all statutory requirements pertaining to Health & Safety, Hygiene Standards and Environmental Health are adhered to by all staff who come into contact with food
• Ensure area is kept clean, tidy and well presented at all times
• Supervise team appropriately and allocate roles to ensure a smooth service delivery
• Deliver on the job training to the team as required
• Identify any issues which may inhibit quality or speed of service
• Use own initiative
• Be aware of and adhere to the businesses liquor licensing regulations
• Adhere to the highest standard of personal presentation at all times

As an experienced hospitality professional, you will need to be trained to Supervisor level and have prior experience of working in a dynamic and customer focused environment. You must have a good understanding of both spoken and written English and have received Guest Experience training.

You are also required to have obtained:

• Level 1 Food Safety
• Level 1 Safety Awareness
• COSHH and Manual Handling
• Allergens Level 1

In addition, you will need to demonstrate you have a passion for excellent service delivery, have the ability to deliver responsible service of alcohol and have an eye for detail.
