Location: Wickford, Essex – Southeast England

I am partnered with Europe’s leading provider of landscaping services who is looking to for someone to join their hard working and experienced office team within the Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Department. Are you a self and process driven Administrator or someone with a background in managing contracts or someone looking to kickstart their career in Procurement? If so, we would love to hear from you

You will be focusing on procurement, buying requested materials within budget, reporting and tracking, ensuring all is in order before the project starts and building and maintaining relationships with suppliers. This is a unique opportunity to develop as a Contract Coordinator and challenge yourself in an encouraging environment working alongside a highly experienced team.

Requirements:

  • Must have a can-do attitude
  • Strong knowledge in Excel.
  • Good relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective team player with demonstrable data input, analytical and presentational skills
  • Financially literate and able to present financial and KPI data in a concise and accurate manner
  • Well presented, punctual, good mannered.
  • Good understanding of practical, technical, financial and qualitative requirements of a project.
  • Summit is advantageous
