Purple Dove Recruitment are currently looking for Level 3 Early Year Educators/ Nursery Nurses, to join an Ofsted Outstanding Nursery setting in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

The Nursery are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Childcare Educator/Nursery Nurse with the motivation to take learning to the next level, encouraging exploration, investigation, and adventure, who thoroughly enjoys working with children.
Salary:
Early Years Educators/Level 3 Nursery Nurses with key worker responsibility - paying £13.00 per hour
Pre-School Assistants (Level 2) - paying up to £12.00 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday, working 42 weeks per year (39 weeks of TERM TIME plus 3 weeks of the school holiday periods).
Flexible working hours from 7.15am to 4.30pm

The role:
Working as a key person to a group of children aged 2 years plus.
Supporting all children’s development, with a strong emphasis on helping children gain the skills needed for a successful transition to school.
The candidate:
Nursery Nurse/EYE - Must hold an Ofsted recognised, childcare qualification (Level 2 minimum)
Hard working, committed and reliable.
Have previous experience of working in a pre-school setting with key worker responsibilities.
Due to location own transport will probably be needed.
Have a keen interest in career progression.
Work well as part of a team.
Is caring passionately about every child’s welfare, wellbeing, and development.
Wants to create a culture that embraces change, to improve outcomes for all.
