Salary: £25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission. Average OTE £50,000+

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:30 - 18:30

• Friday: 10:00 - 16:00 (Finish at 14:00 if targets are met)

Job Description:

Our client is on the hunt for Telesales Agents to handle Life Insurance sales. You will be offering an advised service to Qualified Leads that are passed over via Hot-Key from the internal Lead Generation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offering A can-do attitude to your work

• Delivering telephone-based Life Insurance Protection advice

• Ensuring that FCA regulations are met

• Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
• Following agreed advice process, completing a general fact find, needs analysis

• Working towards targets and KPIs

The Candidate:

• 1 year of Outbound B2B or B2C telesales

• Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Excellent telephone handling skills

• Excellent letter writing skills

• Excellent organisational and administration skills

• Strong time management skills

• Used to working to targets in a pressured environment

• Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
