The team are looking for an existing band 6 Physiotherapist looking to build on their skills through this post.
*Responsibilities of this job role*
If you are successful in your application to this post, some of the responsibilities you will be expected to manage and deliver on are outlined below.
· To manage own patient caseload and be responsible for a defined area of service, working without direct supervision.
· To independently perform advanced assessment of outpatients with diverse presentations
and complex physical and psychological conditions to provide a diagnosis and deliver an individualised and specialised treatment programme of care.
· To work across the local community to provide a specialist service to patients in pulmonary
rehabilitation
*To be successful in applying for this role you will need:*
HCPC registered.
Degree In Physiotherapy or equivalent.
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
