My client a leading professional membership body based in Central London with over 19,000 members of all ages, stages or disciplines across the UK, is currently recruiting for a Head of Membership

Head of Membership. Reporting into the Membership and Commercial Director, this role is responsible for leading and delivering the association’s membership strategy, ensuring sustained growth through membership engagement and smooth operational performance.

Responsible for a team of four, Membership Manager, Membership Officer, Membership Officer, and Membership Assistant.

The Head of Membership will manage the association’s membership team and operations including membership subscriptions, benefits and services, and the membership journey. This wide-ranging role offers the right candidate a real opportunity to develop the association’s membership.

Looking for previous experience in membership engagement and operations, who has excellent skills in building and maintaining positive relationships, as well as managing and improving processes.

This role is also the guardian of the association’s membership data and so they need someone who is confident using databases, and able to have a firm grasp of the membership finances.
