We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences for our clients’ digital products. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to understand user behaviour and translate it into elegant design solutions.

Responsibilities:

·     Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.

·     Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

·     Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.

·     Develop user personas, user journey maps, and sitemaps to guide the design process.

·     Design and refine user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.

·     Ensure designs are aligned with the latest UX trends and best practices.

·     Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

·     Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

·     Maintain a user-centric approach throughout the design and development process.

Requirements:

·     Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

·     Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

·     Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

·     Experience with user research methods and usability testing.

·     Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·     Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.

·     Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

·     Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
