As a breakfast chef you will prepare and cook delicious food for the assigned restaurants food concept at Estelle Manor. You will assist and engage with the kitchens senior leadership in managing all food related standards, health and safety ensuring the members and their guests always have an exceptional experience.

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. On target potential earnings inclusive of Tronc charge is projected between £14-£15 per hour for this role. This is made up of a base rate of £11.93, plus inclusion in our tronc scheme.
