Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Gas Engineer to undertake the maintenance and repair of the Gas Plant, including fabric & basic electrical tasks of buildings as required under contract. You must ensure all PPM and Reactive tasks are completed to the required legislative standards and all required paperwork is completed and submitted within timescales. You need to also participate on the On-Call Rota.

You need to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance, complete the appropriate paperwork and reports and ensure all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within the required timescales.

Skills/Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate would be qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role.
  • You must have experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment such as boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable).
  • You should have strong knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • Must have a full current driving licence.
