As an RE teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students in the study of religion. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that promote deep understanding and critical thinking within the subject. Additionally, you will play a vital role in shaping students' moral and ethical development, fostering respect and tolerance for different beliefs and cultures. This position requires a strong knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to differentiate your teaching to address the diverse needs of the students.

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging RE lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
Assess students' progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning
Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs and abilities of students
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students in the subject matter
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching practices
Communicate with parents and guardians to provide updates on student performance and progress
Requirements
Qualified teacher status with a relevant degree in Religious Education or related field
Previous experience teaching RE at the primary or secondary level
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for RE and assessment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and inspire students in the study of religion
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Commitment to personal and professional development in the field of education
