Job Description

Branchspace's mission is to be the most forward thinking and trusted technology partner for airlines and other travel companies to break barriers of legacy systems technology and thinking and create better ways to plan, book and experience travel.

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team to support the development and rollout of our Triplake product to clients in the EMEA region.

The role of the Solution Architect is to:

  • Undertake in-depth technical and functional analysis to deliver insightful findings.
  • Support client workshops, facilitate solution discovery & definition and prepare client presentations.
  • Work closely with the Triplake Product, Delivery and Engineering teams to ensure client requirements and priorities are efficiently mapped into product backlogs and sprint plans and guarantee effective tracking of deliverables and their dependencies.
  • Engage in project lifecycle activities such as: solutions architecture and definition, project co-ordination, requirements gathering, quality assurance, acceptance testing and supporting technology change management.
  • Create and maintain the definition and documentation of strategies, plans, analyses, requirements, solution concepts, architecture and project status.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables is always consistent with our high standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in solution architect / business analyst roles
  • Experience in the airline / travel industry is strongly desirable
  • Experience in customer-facing roles: e.g. co-ordinating workshops, customer interviews and presentations to senior audiences.
  • Structured thinking and strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
  • Expert level usage of Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA.
  • Ability to travel.
