Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for a Technical Trainer, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.As a flexible Technical Traininer, you will design and deliver learning solutions that build the capability of our Manufacturing teams to meet the needs of our site today and in years to come.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Develop the site technical training plan in conjunction L&D (Learning and Development).
Deliver Operational & Technical training prioritised by site training plans to ensure a consistent standard of learning.
Audit and Review Operational & Technical training materials
Develop the site Learning culture to deliver the correct balance of formal training supported by coaching and on the job learning to embed training and accelerate the learning curve and optimise performance.
Conduct basic Training System administration updating training records
To apply, you will need experience in the FMCG/Supply Chain sector and preferably have worked in a manufacturing environment. You will also require the following:
Experience in the field of learning and development with in-depth experience of technical training
Must be either apprenticeship qualified or hold an engineering-based NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Health, Safety and Environment policy compliance awareness
Quality Management Systems understanding
Ability to understand Operational functions to develop training materials and train others.
