Full-time office-based position
Our client is a reputable and dynamic law firm specialising in private client, family law, property, criminal, litigation as well as other areas. The team of dedicated professionals is committed to providing top-notch legal services to their diverse client base. They pride themselves on our client-centered approach and their unwavering commitment to excellence.
They are seeking a highly organised, professional, and experienced receptionist/secretary to join their team in their Worthing office.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for their clients, providing a warm welcome and efficiently managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Additionally, there will be some typing work required, and the candidate will also provide holiday cover.
The salary will depend on experience and is essential for this role that you have experience working as a receptionist/secretary in a previous role
