  • Responsible for the successfuldelivery of programmes/projects with measurable benefits to thebusiness, often with the cost of the change programmes paid forthrough anticipated benefits to the costaccounts Assisting in the development of capability training,coaching and mentoring for the wider team/programme in Tools,Techniques and best practice Ensuring viable and sustainable solutions are developedthat consider process, systems, and peopledynamics Building and managing project plans capable ofdelivering the required results in a timely manner; Regularengagement with senior leaders to ensure effective prioritisationagainst strategic objectives To govern project delivery and conduct relevant gatereviews against applicable OperationalFrameworks

  • Lean six sigma green/blackbelt/lean practitioner – And/or extensive relevant IndustryExperience Extensive knowledge of Continuous improvementmethodologies including lean six sigma, with a track record ofdelivery Degree/ HNC or equivalent in STEM based subject orequivalent, or relevant work-based experience Leadership experience in both project and changemanagement High level analytical experience Proven Track Record of Continuous Improvementdelivery

You will engage with seniorleaders (SDA where appropriate) to develop cost improvementstrategies.
