HR Regulatory Governance Specialist

Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a HR Regulatory Governance Specialist for a leading Financial Services organisation going through exciting periods of regional growth and transformation.


Working closely with the Senior Manager for HR Projects and Governance, the successful candidate will provide HR Regulatory expertise across EMEA to address all regulatory reporting requirements; including but not limited to, CRSD, ESG, and CSR. You will also collaborate with the wider HR team to manage all HR vendors, to ensure consistency of approach, recognising local differences in requirements.


Key skills:

  • Strong relationship management experience, managing senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Local regulatory framework knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge across governance processes and wider HR practices.
  • Demonstrable experience providing and presenting data insights.


This is a great opportunity to be part of a well-recognised firm, within a growing HR team, paying up to £75,000 per annum plus benefits.
