They will participate in quality improvement processes for the department and must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to organize and provide care that is appropriate to the condition of all patients. They will coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the Radiation Oncology Department, as well as work with supervisors and physicians in establishing, and supporting clinical standards of care.
