Our mission is to develop and deliver next-generation zero-emission vehicles that help essential but carbon-intensive industries transition to net zero. We are seeking technically skilled candidates with good attention to detail for the position of Automotive Assembly Technician within our expanding facility. As an assembly technician at Munro, you will be responsible for adhering to a production schedule, ensuring that all aspects of the build are properly fitted, aligned, and secured and ensuring that safety standards are always met, among other duties.
We feel that someone with an automotive background would be advantageous, but a good working knowledge of general assembly would certainly be a welcome skill set.

Technician Responsibilities:
- Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.
- Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
- Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
- Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, tested and full functionality.
- Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
- Maintaining a production schedule.
- Adhering to assembly and workshop safety standards.
Technicians Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating workshop handheld tools.
- Good dexterity.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- An exceptional eye for detail and quality of workmanship.
- Good understanding of ‘Safe working Practice’ in a workshop environment.
Immediate start available, full training provided. East Kilbride G75; reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Rate: £12-14/hr, 40 hrs per week. Potential for overtime.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
