* To Aid the Head Chef in all aspects of Kitchen Management
* Ensure that the kitchen functions efficiently and compliantly at all times
* Ensure that all food cooked and served is of a high quality
* Flexible hours but weekends essential

* Appropriate industry knowledge and experience
* Ability to work under pressure
