We are a Banbury based VW/Audi specialist tuning company, specialising in the servicing, modification and tuning of a variety of VAG models. We have been awarded Audi Tuner of the year 13 years running and pride ourselves on our workmanship and the knowledge that we possess as a varied team.

MRC Tuning is a performance Tuner with a difference, we value our employees and treat each person as an individual, not as a number. Our team of passionate and skilled staff all work together to deliver a hassle free professional experience for our customers. Every person in our team is equally important and we would like you to join us. The vehicles that we work on and the type of work we carry out is highly specialist, and requires a high attention to detail. We need someone who can think on their feet, problem solve and be able to manage long term projects along with day to day work.

What we require of you:

- NVQ Level 3 qualified

- Managerial experience in the running of a workshop and managing others

- The ability to carry out all aspects of service, repair and modification work to a high standard

- To accurately diagnose faults mechanical and electrical

- Must be able to carry out in depth work i.e. timing belts/chains, engine removal/refit, strip down and rebuild.

- Able to work confidently and independently following technical manuals

- Ability to also work with other team members and support other technicians

- Have a high attention to detail and have a passion for the Tuning/Modification industry,

- Ideally you will have experience of at least 3 years working on VW/Audi performance cars

- Fabrication experience would be beneficial,

we are looking for someone with the skills and ‘can do’ attitude that exceed those of general main dealer technicians.

Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM

License/Certification

Full Driving licence (required)

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (required)
