Heading up your own unit, you’ll lead the team and drive profitable sales growth. In return, you’ll get bespoke training and support to develop your career with the potential to progress to more senior management roles.

Make no mistake, the Store Manager role is demanding but if you have the right qualities and you’re up for an exciting challenge, we’ll help you reach your full potential.

A Restaurant Manager would ideally:

Have a good track record managing a team and delivering results in a fast-moving customer service role.
