In this role you will work with set of clients, acting as either the IT Manager or alongside their IT Manager, building trusted-adviser relationships, and providing input, guidance and steering them to make the right long-term decisions about their IT infrastructure.

Person Specification

  • You will ideally have at least three years’ experience of providing IT support.
  • You will have desirable experience in delivering projects with the Microsoft 365 Platform, and preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • You will have experience with the administration and installation of server hardware, operating systems, and hypervisors. You will also have knowledge of Firewalls, Anti-Virus and you will have desirable knowledge of networking and Disaster Recovery solutions.
