The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for:
- The Mechanical Fitter will be in charge of maintenance and compliance of Mechanical plant and all associated systems.
- Making sure plant is maintained to the highest standards minimising reactive jobs.
- Contributing to improvement of the plant equipment to company regulated standards.
- Ensuring that all mechanical equipment used on site complies the required industry standards.
The Mechanical Fitter will need to have:
- Experience as Mechanical Fitter with exposure to modern technology machinery, or pump machinery.
- Time served qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- General Plant and machine maintenance
Desirables:
- Someone who can write and review maintenance procedures in line with manufacturer guidance.
- Experience dealing with computerised maintenance systems.
- Experience working on a COMAH Site.
