Senior Payroll Analyst

The Senior Payroll Analyst is part of the regional HR Operations & Payroll team and reports into the Manager HR Operations & Payroll. The Senior Payroll Analyst manages the daily activities linked to the end-to-end payroll administration and benefits administration of employees in one or more countries in the region.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

Process end-to-end payroll for employees
Collaborate with the company's global payroll provider (ADP - Celergo) to process monthly payrolls
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless processes.
Validate and manage absence records, benefits, and deductions.
Generate and analyze payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify errors.
Administer and ensure the accuracy of the payroll system.
Stay updated on local/regional payroll laws and changes in benefits laws and regulations for compliance
Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with inquiries.
Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize benefit offerings.
Data filing and managing data retention
Ensuring data compliance and auditing

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need:

Bachelor's degree or related HR/ finance/ payroll experience.
Minimum of 5 years of AMEA payroll experience.
Strong operational focus with the ability to document and streamline processes.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize work in alignment with customer and business needs.
Sensitivity in working with confidential information.
Strong time management and organizational skills as well as problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, HRIS and benefits databases.
Experience with ADP Vanguard/ Celergo preferred.
Knowledge of or ability to learn all pertinent regulations, filing and compliance requirements.
Proven attention to detail and quality in past positions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
