About Us

Bakers + Baristas have proudly been serving our loyal customers and continue to grow from strength to strength. We freshly bake our muffins every day in our stores across the UK and Ireland. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team in one of our stores.

The Role

As the Store Manager, you will inspire your team by bringing energy and enthusiasm to the store. You will be promoting good working relationships in store. Leading by example and setting high standards, you will be driving profitability and providing our customers with memorable experiences that leave them hungry for more.

About You

Ability to achieve budgeted sales, gross profit, labour and controllable costs.
Build an effective and efficient team, including recruitment, training, welfare, development & motivation.
Deliver stock control in line with targets, conducting weekly stock checks.
Producing the correct quantities of product for optimum sales and minimising waste
Adhere to all Cash Control & Cash Handling Procedures
Administration including rotas, production, purchasing, cash reconciliation.
Maintain health and safety Store compliance, including cleanliness & store standards.
Can build a regular trade, and strive to continuously improve customer relations.
Implementation of promotions as advised.

Qualifications/Experience

Previous Store management: minimum 1 year required.
Exceptional knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures
A quality, driven management style
Ability to think freely and outside the box
Previous management of people and teams
Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery.
Interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills.
Computer literate
