As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you'll embark on a thrilling career path filled with professional growth, financial success, and access to luxury experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Source top executive candidates through various channels.
  • Evaluate and screen candidates to match clients' needs and prepare them for high-level roles.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end executive search process with precision and professionalism, from initial contact to placement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exceed ambitious targets and propel business growth within the executive search division.
  • Stay updated on Industry trends for continuous improvement.
