Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Support Conveyancer for one of our clients based in Birkenhead. This is a permanent role that will involve a face-to-face interview.

This role will include you undertaking all aspects of the conveyancing process and working within the conveyancing team.

Salary: £32,000 P/A to £36,000 P/A depending on experience.

Shifts: 0900 - 1700, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing holiday or absence cover for Conveyancers.
  • When not providing cover to orbit the Conveyancing teams, you'll provide assistance with Conveyancer level work.
  • Undertake file review and assist the Equity Partners with risk management aspects of the conveyancing department.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of the Conveyancing process.
  • Deal with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
  • Deal with different types of transactions including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-Statutory Lease extensions.
  • Responsible for signing off files for exchange and completion.
  • Act honestly and diligently and at all times above by the relevant professional codes of conduct that may from time to time be in force.
