Location: Newcastle

My client is a market leader in commercial solar installs, due to significant growth, they are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrician. The ideal candidate will possess all the skills of a competent Electrician, along with good management skills and a full and comprehensive knowledge of electrical installation techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of electrical installations for commercial systems
  • Comply with industry standards and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, support engineers, mechanical installers and other team members to ensure the project is delivered successfully on time
  • Uphold strong safety standards whilst mitigating risk on job sites

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician in electrical installation for commercial solar PV systems which can be proven with a portfolio
  • Relevant qualifications listed below
  • Willingness to travel out of region when business critical
  • Commitment to upholding values of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver’s licence

Minimum Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3
  • AM2
  • C&G 2391
  • ECS Gold

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • PV Course
  • EV Course
  • EV Charging Experience
