Job Title: Sr BA
Work Location: Remote (UK, London)
Type of Employment: Full Time / Contract
Key Result Areas and Activities:
- With Commercial business product owners and end users to understand data and analytics requirements and triage the business requirements to understand scope and data sources
- Business and functional requirement documents detailing the metrics and KPIs needed by the business.
- Manage Epics and User stories including acceptance criteria in JIRA
- With dev and engineering teams on delivery of data product and manage testing cycles including user acceptance testing
Purpose of the Position:
- Participate in Requirement Gathering, Manage the process of turning these requirements into desired outputs the work of business, IT, and external teams to deliver the required results Feasibility and Impact Assessment.
- Review, ensuring that work produced by the teams conform to methods, designs, and standards so that economies of scale can be achieved during the support phase.
- A party to all Stakeholder Communication and review Primary and Secondary Research based on solution and project needs new solution design and other organizational initiatives in a multi-disciplinary team environment, collaborate with all stakeholders and work toward consensus building while working on various data and analytics projects
Work and Technical Experience:
- Understanding of Commercial business areas including sales & marketing, patient support, market access and cell and gene therapies to collaborate with business product owners and users to understand data and analytics requirements for Commercial business areas
- Understanding of agile methodology and ability to convert business requirements into implementation ready Epics and user stories.
- On knowledge with data querying, data analysis, data mining, reporting and analytics will be a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills
- To work in US EST time zone (half day or more overlap will be preferred)
- Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB, SQL, Microsoft office suite
Must To Have
- Understanding of Commercial business areas including sales & marketing, patient support, market access and cell and gene therapies
