Role Overview:
 We seek a dedicated Web Editor to join our client's editorial content team. This role requires versatility across different content areas, with an emphasis on copyediting, proofreading, and content management. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong command of the English language, and a passion for the legal sector and human rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit, proofread, and rewrite website content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate on content creation with freelance journalists and lawyers.
  • Manage and update web pages, ensuring content is presented effectively.
  • Assist in producing and editing podcasts, including making suggestions for content improvement.
  • Utilize various platforms including Audioboom, Trint, Zencaster, and CMS tools like SAP Smart Editor.
  • Engage with social media to enhance content reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional written English skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite.
  • Audio editing skills are a significant advantage.
  • Background or interest in legal issues, human rights, and the rule of law.
