A leading force in the world of Electrical Solutions is currently expanding and is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join them on their journey.

A global business, they offer a range of services, including the manufacturing of AC/DC Solutions, transformers, substation equipment and others. They’re also responsible for the design, construction, and commissioning of HV electrical infrastructure within the UK Network, with over 200 HV projects, through their engineering services business.

You will be responsible for all stages of purchasing activities, with responsibility for £25 million in supply chain operations budget.

You will be based out of their Blackwood office.

Responsibilities:

  • a team of buyers to source materials, services, and products.
  • transport and logistics strategy.
  • Supplier manufacturing cycles.
  • all supply chain staff, responsible for training, development, and KPI metrics.
  • cost reduction strategies.
  • Suppliers, ensuring supplier quality.

Experience:

  • Chain management experience.
  • managing supply chain teams.
  • with Sage X3.
  • with supplier risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

What will you get in return?

  • up to £70,000.
