MAM Technical Support Engineer

As MAM Technical Support Engineer you will provide provide first-class end user support and be an escalation point for the help desk team. Another element of the role is project-based, assisting development and design of new processes, for which coding experience is required. You must therefore possess advanced skills in SQL, C#, Visual Studio SDK, and REST API integrations.
To be considered you must have experience working with asset management systems and support, automation, transcoding, and QC systems at a technical and code level. You just have also have an understanding of Unix, Windows, and Apple operating systems, and cloud environments in the media industry.
In return you will become the Subject-Matter Expert for asset management and related automation processes, receive a competitive salary and benefits package and have the opportunity to further develop your technical knowledge and career. This is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in offices in the heart of London.
