This is a remote job covering 5 sites in the UK, Ireland and Belgium


This is a rare opportunity for an HSE Director to join a global business that prioritises and fosters a Health and safety culture ahead of everything else.


This HSE Director is a pivotal hire. Our client is looking for someone with experience in developing and driving an HSE strategy, who will relish a European, multisite role, and is happy to travel between sites.


Duties of the HSE Director will include:


  • Contribute, manage and maintain the European region HSE management system
  • Build a deeply embedded safety culture
  • Determine project timelines, and oversee analysis, budget, communication and implementation
  • Work as part of a wider global HSE/H&S leadership team
  • Establish strategy and best practices for staff


We are keen to speak with HSE Directors with the following skills/experiences:


  • Degree Qualified
  • Understanding of HSE legal frameworks within the EU
  • HSE experience in a manufacturing environment
  • HSE Senior Management level


This role will require frequent travel to multiple sites within the UK and Europe.
