Job Description

Publicis Le One is a strategic, data and technology driven communications proposition that is centered on our client’s growth. Le One have worked with Haleon for the past 5 years as part of a crucial pillar of Haleon’s strategy to deliver meaningful experiences to its consumers with data delivering deep insights as well as precision targeting and effectiveness measurement.

Publicis Le One Health is the Healthcare arm of Le One focusing on targeting Expert audiences to encourage recommendation as this plays an in the consumer journey.

Role Summary

It is critical our Haleon team delivers the best of what Le One can achieve which is why it is important for us to build a team of top talent.

We are recruiting for a Biddable Manager who can blend digital cross-channel media planning, campaign activation and overall account coordination and client servicing in the Le One UK Haleon Expert team. This includes a focus on the development of best in class GB&I media plans along with seamless activation and proof of value through effective measurement frameworks. This person will be supported by an offshore activation team.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, Insights and Reporting
  • Develop detailed channel media plans applying NEU strategy, learnings, optimisations and best practice
  • Championing local nuance to ensure that new and existing partners are included
  • Ensuring that all channels are briefed with sufficient budgets and manage delivery
  • Detailed channel brief to activation teams including any bespoke set up requirements
  • QA of final set up from activation teams, as well as summarising bi-weekly reporting into digestible insights and recommendations

Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Day to day client contact and conduit between planning and activation team
  • Work collaboratively with creative agency partners on fulfilling media plan creative requirements
  • Digital representative for client meetings supported by activation team where necessary
Qualifications
  • A passion for digital media and technology and an active interest in how digital innovation is driving change
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyse raw data, identify true insight and develop actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of all digital media channels, as well as knowledge of biddable platforms – Meta, LinkedIn, DV360 and SA360
  • Demonstrates the ability to cultivate strong relationships with creative agencies and media partners
  • Strong digital experience and knowledge of KPIs, optimization metrics and campaign reporting particularly in search, social and programmatic
  • Healthcare industry or Consumer Health preferred but not required
