3Search are partnering with a super exciting D2C health and wellness business looking for a CRM Manager to join the team for the next 6 months to cover a maternity leave.

This business is targeting a database of over 150,000 customers and the main focus currently is on retaining the current consumers but offering first-class automation and offers.

The CRM Manager will...

  • Build insight driven customer and contact strategies, ensuring all strategies have a strong business case
  • Run an audit on current automation and understand where improvements need to be made that will ensure they are standing out in a dense market
  • Work closely with wider teams to ensure that customer service is at the heart of the strategy
  • Have a really clear understanding of marketing and CRM campaigns and align these together to create cohesive deliverables
  • Use Klaviyo and Shopify to analyse the CRM and identity any gaps

You will have...

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar customer-centric role either within a CRM agency or at a D2C / eCommerce brand
  • Proficient in using CRM software and tools, Klaviyo will be a bonus
  • Proficient in forecasting of campaigns and ability to develop business case for proposed strategies
  • 5+ years experience in CRM
  • Available to start ASAP
